Account data is retained as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be removed from our systems.

4.2Uploaded and exported data

Uploaded IFC files and generated export files (including but not limited to CSV, XLSX, JSON, SQL outputs) are stored temporarily for processing purposes only. All files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 24 hours and are not retained beyond this period.

5.2Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be restored.
